Please help, pressed F10 at starup screen.

I pressed F10 at the startup screen because there was a problem, and well now everything is reset (Video card not installed anymore, many programs aren't working, and many other problems) I was wondering if there is a way to undo this?

I tried going to system restore, but all the restore points previous to me pressing F10 are erased.

Does anybody know if i can go back to how my computer was?

PLEASE help, i really don't want to have my computer stuck like this.

Thanks alot!
