ML110 Gen10 with P408i-P and 64 GB memoery
Have setup two SATA Disc-arrays, one RAID 1-array using two SSD and one RAID6 array using six 8 TB SATA discs . Have installed ESXi 7.0 U2 May 2021 on a SD-card.
Copying VMFS-files to both arrays from external source is really slow, around 10 Mbit/s on a 1Gbit/s network. The source is not the bottelneck. Also copying files within the server is also slow..
Performance inside a VM is not slow.
Any tips?

SolutionFound out that the P408i firmware was old. I had version 3.00 and latest is 3.41. Efter upgrading I saw that the cache read/write ratio was 100/0 för the RAID6-array,. After changing the ratio to 50/50, the write speed went ballistic compared to before.
