Port ilo dosen't link, not access;

Please, I'm conected on the port ilo4 HP Proliant DL380 Gen7 and HP Proliant DL380p Gen8  to the configuration but the port doesen't link. cable is Ok. What can I do? Help

Are the servers configured to use the shared iLO port (LOM 1) instead of the dedicated iLO port?
