Possible answer to this issue

This issue is related to the Raid Array controller card if you get the same error as what myself and Hank have posted. The error comes when it tries to load the Raid array card there is Dimm on this board built in so it does not Necessarily mean your RAM on the server it is the Ram on the Raid card

Move the card to another slot in effort to troubleshoot this error if it persist get another Raid Array card for your server
