Post Error - Message: 1794-Drive Array - Array Accelerator Battery Charge Low - Error: 94

Current server affected: ProLiant DL380G5.

I know there are some posts regarding this error but there doesn't seem to be a definitive answer as to whether this is a critical issue if you are running the server with Write Cache Disabled. The server is connected to a UPS.

If this is critical, who at HP would I contact to resolve the issue.
