Post Error for Wide SCSI - 4200 Array Card

I need to find out how to get rid of a 1777 Post error for Wide SCSI on my 6400R server when I changed from the standard I/O Controller to a 4200Series RAID array card. I have seen this question being posted on ask.compaq.com but no really good answers are being provided other than wait for the 5.0 Smartstart CD which I have a beta Copy of and it doesn't seem to help this post error.

it could be the following:
1777 - Drive Array - Cooling fan failure, Inspect for
External Drive internal temperature cooling fan
Subsystem Error alert or open side failure or side
panel. panel open.
