Power On Fault, Memory, Processor 1 Memory Channels 1-4

IML Error - Server Critical Fault (Service Information: Power On Fault, Memory, Processor 1 Memory Channels 1-4 (01h))

Model - DL325 Gen10 plus, firmware - v2.42

Need help resolving the above issue. Thanks!

Hi,

There is an advisory for this issue with AMD processors.  Hope this helps.
Download and install System ROM version 2.45 (or later) to resolve this issue.

However, I couldn't get it fixed even after upgrading to v2.56  It's not getting past POST.   Any other suggestions?

I could probably try replacing the memory, but that's a long shot.  I wanted to see if I could fix it before going for that option.

Hi,

Sorry to know that, this did not fix the issue.
You can try the following two troubleshooting steps.
See of this article resolves the issue.
If possible clear NVRAM from System Maintenance Switch.  Refer to S6 switch.

If none of this works, you may log a support case with HPE Support.

Thank you for your reply, however, the steps you mentioned did not help. I ended up logging a support case with HPE, and they have suggested replacing the system board and a couple of memory sticks.
