Power Supply viewer

I have: Compaq ProLiant ML370 G3, with Redundant Power Supply (bay 1 & bay 2, status=no error), Windows 2000 Server SP3
I use 2 APC Smart-UPS USA1500 (one linked to the COM1, other to the COM2).
She worked but not simultanous recognized by default windows 2000 power options or by PowerChute Business Edition Basic (5-node); In all combination off software and hardware (COM1, COM2, USB):
Compaq Power Supply Viewer report: "This machine does not have an intelligent power subsystem".
Any ideea ?

Re: Power Supply viewer

Hi Nicu;

The message you are getting from the Power Supply Viewer is informational only. The redundant power supplies on the ML370 G2 are not intelligent power supplies.

This is the way they are engineered and not slated for change.

Looks like everything is working the way it should!
