Power sub-system failed on DL 360 G5

Some of our servers are reporting as Power sub-system failed (power supply 1 or 2). This is observed in windows event logs and HP mgmt logs as well.

Immediately if I login to servers and check the health of power supplies, they are in good condition.

Any idea why do we get those false alarms?

Hard to say without knowing anything more about your environment.

Can you show us anymore of the IML?

What type of power are the servers in question connected to? UPS? Street/Straight power?

What about server bios? Up to date?
