Power supply for Proliant ML110 G6 Server

Power supply for Proliant ML110 G6 Server

The power supply of my server is not working properly,  and i want to replace it.

The actual power supply is a HP 576931-001(300W), is it possible to replace with a thermaltake (TR2 380W)?, there is any compatibility problem doing this ?
