When I push the button to turn it on, sometimes it turns on, most of the times it doesn't. Why is it unpredictable? Is there a problem with the power supply or this is a security feature? Please help me.

How long is it off before you try to power it up (are you just restarting immediately after shutting down for some reason)? If you allow it to sit about 5-10 seconds after powering off, it should power up without issue...

It is off from 8 to 10 hours, then next day in the morning I turn it on. When it doesn't turn on, I take (further than 10 secs.) several 10 to 20 minutes interval to turn it on, and the power doesn't show up.
