Prdictive Failure Drives

I have several drives on a server that are in Predictive Failure.

Can I replace them 1 at a time?

What model server do you have?  What RAID level are the drives?

DL380 G6, Smart Array P212 controller, 1TB SAS HDD, RAID 5.
