Print Server Blue Screens - An Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred
Hi,
We have a DL380 G2 running NT4 SP6a acting as a print server. Over the past 2 days the server has started blue screening. The events in the Insight Manager logs report :
** Blue Screen Trap (NT BugCheck Data = STOP: 0x0000001E (0xC0000005, 0xA0026D75, 0x00000000, 0x0000004C))
** ASR Detected by System ROM
** An Unrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occurred
No changes to the system (hardware or software (patches or print drivers) have been made for a number of weeks.
Any suggestions ?

We had the excat same problem. Replace the system board.

Please update the system bios to the latest one and this error message should go away. Here is link to update the bios and other SW relating to your Server:
