Printers control panel not responding
On my ML370 running NT4 terminal services and Citrix, the printers control panel no longer works. I cannot print. I have replace spoolss.dll and one hp dll but to no avail. I have no errors in the event viewer, but the server is acting strange in general. Any help?In the Compaq Integrated Management log viewer there is an entry that coincides apprx. with the time when problems began.. It's An Uncrecoverable System Error (NMI) has occured. Please help.
