Pro DL360 Error Noise and Lights

Hello, hopefully someone can shed alittle light on this problem i am experiancing.

I have a Pro DL360, i have booted the server with the smart start cd, set the array configuration etc, once it has copied all the OS files and then reboots to install the files.

once the blue loading screen loads and finishes the screen goes blank and then red lights start flashing on the right and start beeping.

I am lost please help.
