ProLaint ML150 G3 5050 SATA Windows installation
Hi, I get HP ProLaint ML150 G3 5050 SATA Server with only 1 CD (HP ProLaint ML150 G3 Server support and documentation CD) i have only one sata had disk on the server, i want to install windows server 2003 r2 but the windows installer can't detect the hard disk even i choose from Bios SATA compatible or SATA enhanced with AHCI any method i can't get the hard disk detectable, so how can i do this? what is the best method eun through RAID or without? notice the server doesn't have and floppy drive :( I don't know, it's urgent please

hi Ahmed,
you'll find a lot of threads in itrc which describe 'how to set up an SATA Raid without floppy'
on of the favored methods is to use a slipstreamed cd which includes the SATA Driver
eg. NLite os --> www.nliteos.com
also see the following threads
