ProLiant 5500 Upgrades

I have a ProLiant 5500 Quad 450Mhz. I want to know if I can upgrade the CPUs, what mhz, and what chip? Also want to upgrade the 6 18.2GB WIDE - ALTRA SCSIs. What are the PINs and what other info do I need to upgrade the HDDs. I am running a FTP and a couple of minor other things with Windows Server 2003.

Yes the server ships with
Internal SCSI Connector - Channel A
Internal SCSI Connector - Channel B
we can use them.
