ProLiant 7000 Alert and missing driver
Please tell me what this alert message means: POST Error Code: 07h (162-System Options not set) It has occured twice in the last two months.
I went to Compaq's website to upgrade the firmware on my Compaq Proliant 7000. The firmware was supposed to be 4/12/00, but SP13059.exe is actually 12/27/99. Where is the latest patch?

Thanks in advance

Re: ProLiant 7000 Alert and missing driver
At my experience this error point on on-board battery failure - and reseting BIOS to default status. Some boards has a connector for eternal battery connection...

Re: ProLiant 7000 Alert and missing driver
Try run the F10 when the server boots. This should re-save the configuration into NV-RAM.
Firmware will be here... http://h18007.www1.hp.com/support/files/server/us/locate/20_1104.html
