ProLiant 8000 blue screen

My server always rebooted itself from a bugcheck.

The bugcheck was: 0x0000000a (0x8086a380, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x80065614). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.2195]. A dump was saved in: f:\memory.dmp.

Also this message appear:

Description : System Information Agent: Health: Correctable memory error detected. The errors have been corrected, but the memory module should be replaced.
Board or cartridge: '0' Module: '15' Spare part number: '' Module size: '524288' System id: 'CPQ1609'

FYI,the memory module has been replaced but the message still appear.Any solution?

Re: ProLiant 8000 blue screen

your server might be restarting because of the memory problem. you can verify it by matching the time of event error and bluescreen dump. in my assumption, one or more memorymodules in your server are faulty.when the ECC on these modules is under thresold, it get corrected and you get the above msg. but, as soon as it passes threshold level, the server restarts. so, there might be some time leg between the event message and the bluescreen dump.if possible, try to use minimum memory in the server, and add modules one by one pair to trace out the problem.

I already try to minimize the memory. For ex: I pull out memory's at slot 13 & 15,same message appear but instead of Module '15' or '13',it said Module '11' or '9' and so on..but thanks anyway for the answer.
