ProLiant DL 380 G3

I replaced fan number 2 on my server and when I powered the server on, the fan did not start up. What could be causing this, is that slot bad? I can I be sure.

Switch the places of fan 2 with another fan that works. Now, does the fault move with the fan, or stay with the slot?

The fault is not the fan, I already tried that.
