Take a look at the quickspecs.

The server has only two internal disk bays. It depends if you use a SATA or SCSI controller.
If you have SATA disks it is 2 x 500GB SATA disks
If you have SCSI disks it is 2 x 146GB disks

You can add external storage as well.

Thank you for answer but quick specs don't always contains details which could be changed after firmware upgrades. I'm wondering how it looks in "real life".

So your question is if 1TB or 2TB SATA drives are supported. I have not tried that.

Yes. I was wondering if I can use 1TB-2TB drives in RAID 1 configuration (server for backups).
