ProLiant DL20 Gen10 - USB PCIe Card
Hi,
there is no HPE PCIe USB Card for Servers and no Official Support.
We try, a DELOCK 89041, it is PCIe 3.0, but the Server did not boot with it.
Anyone, who knows a working USB Card?
thx Cali

Re: ProLiant DL20 Gen10 - USB PCIe Card
Hello,
- Please check if the installed card is recognized in BIOS. If not reseat or, try this in another server to isolate the issue.
- If the card is detected, then ensure that it is not disabled and also check if USB in BIOS. You may restart the server, press F9 to launch System Utilities and then navigate to System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > System Options > USB Options > USB Control, ensure that it is set to "All USB Ports Enabled".
- Furthermore, ensure that under System Configuration > BIOS/Platform Configuration (RBSU) > System Options > USB Options > USB Boot Support is set to "Enabled".
- Also ensure that the USB device is made bootable. You may use the HPE USB Key Utility for Windows to make one, downloadable at https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/swd/detail?swItemId=MTX_360731071b404454b454390208
