The situation was unbearable so i shutted down the server for a couple of hours,

When i took the server back online ( half hour maybe 45 minutes ago) i got these,

Doesnt make any sense to me,

Can you test something?  Shutdown the server, pull the drives and power the server back on?  I want to see what is the FAN speed after POST is completed without those drives.

With the drives installed and server with POST completed, Can you please go to the Storage tab, select physical view, expand everything and take a screenshot?
