Hello, i having alot of trouble with my HP ProLiant DL360 G7. It somehow shuts down alot of time. Now it dont work with ilo either. When im trying to use the Momentary Press button, nothing happands.
I have heard that you should use some button called "Press and Hold", but i cant find that button.

"Press and hold" is the same button as the normal start button, just that you should hold it in instead of momentarily pressing it.

Are there leds lit? Does it get power? Any leds lit next to the power supply?

Hmm the server is on a other locaiton, i cant check that stuff at the moment. How can i trobuleshoot from the ilo webgui/ssh to be able to provide some more info?

Fixed with the firmware a bit and now it appared a press and hold, the same problem accours.

Have you tried another browser?
Same problem there and also in the iLO SSH?

Yeah same with different browsers, trying from cli looks this:

What if you try the reset instead via the SSH?

can you help me with the command for reset the machine, just get
hpiLO-> reset

in iLO 2. I'm sure there are guides for iLO 3 around too.

Is that the same reset as when you do it in the web gui?, in that case i tried it.

Yes it is. Why not try it that way as well, you may get lucky..

Not much more you can do remotely..
