Hello!
I found an "Fan Failure (Fan 1, Location System)" error on ILO 4 Integrated Management Log.
The following errors:
- System Fans Not Redundant (Location System)
- POST Error: 1611-Fan 1 Warning
- POST Error: Fan Solution Not Fully Redundant
I fI click on the forst error link I found: General fan issues (hpe.com)
On the System Information menu I found:
- Fan redundacy: not redundat
- Fans: degraded
The fan information tells me that the Fan 1 is degraded but the speed is about 23-24%: is it normal? Temeperatures are still ok fortunately!
It seems that I can change with a new fan without turning my server off.
Can someone tell me wich kind of fan may I buy to change the old one?

Re: ProLiant DL360e Gen8 - Fan 1 degraded
Hi Suman
I rebooted my server on the weekend, I opened the server chassis hood, took away the fan and re-seated it as written in the advisory n. c04218999 you sent me.
After rebooting the server, this morning, the fan was ok but after a few hour it's now "degraded" again.
I think I have to replace it, don'y you think?
Francesco
