ProLiant DL380 G2 NMI errors

We have a DL380 G2 that is continually crashing. On bootup after crash there is this System Event log entry:

HP Integrated Management Log shows this entry:

User Initiated Blue Screen Trap

Started happening under Windows 2000. Upgraded all firmware and rebuilt server with Windows Server 2003 Standard and latest SmartSart CD (7.10), but shows same behavior. Server is a domain controller, also runs DNS and DHCP. Dual 1130 Mhz CPUs, 1280 MB RAM. Using onboard Smart Array 5i array controller in RAID 5 configuration (3 drives).

Any help would be appreciate

I am inclined to think this is an O/S config error; can you attach a small dump (64K) the next time it crashes?
We can look to see if the server is halting on a specific driver or service.
