ProLiant DL380 Gen10 periodically Error EXT4-fs (sdb1): VFS: Canʻt find ext4 filesystem
Periodically an error occurs and the operating system does not boot. What could be the reason?
Periodically, it works and works fairly stable.
The first two messages in the screenshot are informational and occur constantly.
Always a mistake on this disk. Initially, RAID 10 was set up of 4 such disks. But it was programmatically disabled for disk operation separately.

Re: ProLiant DL380 Gen10 periodically Error EXT4-fs (sdb1): VFS: Canʻt find ext4 filesystem
Hi,
It appears to be file system releated issue.
reason is "EXT4 FS is dev/sdb1 and not dev/sdb".
For further support please raise a support ticket with OS vendor.
Regards,
Sudhir

Re: ProLiant DL380 Gen10 periodically Error EXT4-fs (sdb1): VFS: Canʻt find ext4 filesystem
Now, I am using in /etc/fstab:
UUID=9fb35d3d-9e97-42f0-97be-cfb376210396 /sdb_ssd ext4 defaults 0 0
while normal flight.
Thank you,
