ProLiant DL380 Gen9 - can not find bootable storage

Hi, 

Need help.

I have setup Raid1 with smart array and then booted from vmware 6.0 U2 (March 2016) CD to install vmware,

it can not find a logical drive to install the vmware.

I installed the Controller P440ar. 

Is it something to do with the controller?
