ProLiant DL380p G8 - Powering (and fitting) a Quadro K6000 card
Trying to find the parts needed to power and fit for an NVidia Quadro K6000 grphx card into our server - ProLiant DL380p G8. Have the standard pci riser board, but the card will not fit into the pci x16 slot due to it being double height and the x16 is top slot and clearance issues. We are also trying to find the cables needed to power the card, it has 2 6-pin connections it needs. We've got 2 750w psu's, but I'm not sure how to tap into them.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

If you refer to the Quixkspecs you can see the options that were available for additional graphics http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/c04128241.pdf refer to page 50 HP Computation and Graphics Accelerators

Re: ProLiant DL380p G8 - Powering (and fitting) a Quadro K6000 card
On this server will never put it Quadro K6000 card. check the compatibility list as recommended by Jimmy. Another thing through pci-e slot graphics cards cannot use more than 75 watt
