ProLiant DL380p Gen8 -ACU No Controllers Detected

Hi All,

Could anybody help me to resolve this..

I have a hardware ProLiant DL380p Gen8  running win2k8 R2 on it. After upgrading to SPP 9.4 it is not displaying the controller or the components/disks in it. It just shows an error ACU No Controllers Detected. But from SMH i am able to see the contoller...

Could anybody guide me how can i resolve this..?

What version is this?

SPP2013.09 ?

Your version could be too old.

COuld you please guide me where i can see the version... normally i do check PSP version from control panel HP Management Agents..

WOW..!! I Got the solution... The Array Controller Utility and Its CLI was old in the server... after upgrading those components..its got resolved.. :)
