ProLiant DL740 errors and warnings

Hi All!
We have a cluster on WINDOWS 2000 Advanced Server SP4. This cluster contain ProLiant DL740, ProLiant DL760 and MSA1000 Storage.
This system works normaly, but some errons in EventLog on both cluster nodes take place.
