Check that the network driver on the 373i is
bxnd52x.sys HP 12/08/2008 4.5.4.0 (or later)
or it could be the "HP Insight NIC Agents" service, I would disable it, and see if it makes a difference.

I've installed patch for Storport.sys and for over a week there was no server freeze.
If it hapends again, I hope I'll be able to see what's wrong.
