ProLiant ML 310 IDE Array rebuild

hello,

we have an ML310 with an IDE RAID controller (RAID1 configured) now the system is in the rebuilding state and the array is offline.

how long does it take until the rebuild is ready? (80GB HDD)

is it normal that until rebuild the system can not start the OS (W2K)
