ProLiant ML 350, Network problem with 100 mb speed connection

Hello,
I have ProLiant ML 350 (tower)(OS: Windows 2000 Server, all drivers last version installed)
We use as a fileserver. At fist time it worked with 1Gb speed connection and worked properly. But when we changed switch to 100 Mb(another switch), speed become too slow (1-2Mb/s)(All LAN infrastructure works properly.)
Please HELP!!!
Best regards, Alexandr

Assuming you have the latest 7. 4 Proliant Support Pack installed, run the HP Insight Diagnostics. Does everything pass?
If you have NIC and switch set to Auto negotiate, I would recommend locking down the speed at 100Mbps.

All test passed.
NIC and switch set Auto negotiate = 100mb
It has not solved a problem

Was it maxing out the 1Gb connection before ?

For some reason I feel the problem lays in the cable or switch. What switch is it? any errors on the port?
