ProLiant ML110G6 cannot rebuild RAID1

Hi everyone.

I an new to forum and I need help with this one. Reacently I had ML110G6 with failed disk in mirrored array and I replace it. But since then the array show Warning Ready For Recovery. I replace the new disk with the same model, but nothing happens.
Drive is in status:

Last Failure Reason                  Drive Not In 48bit Mode (0x24)

How to put this WD in 48 bit LBA mode in without stopping the server and continue with rebuilding?
