ProLiant ML150 G3 very slow RAID1
System Windows Server 2003 SP2.
1 disk system.
2 and 3 disks RAID.
With RAID1 system very slow!
With RAID0 all OK!
What to do?

I havent't understood yyour question.
if, for istance, you have created the raid 1, one hour ago, pheeraps it's still building the raid.
during POST you should be able to se the controller message, about the building/verify process of the raid 1.
performance will be degraded since the end of the building /verify process.

you have create, and at the moment you have configured, both raid.
first one, using only one HD, in raid 0.
second and third HDD in raid 1.
you are trying to boot from the second raid, and you have installed the OS and the system it's slow?

I'm create only one RAID1.
System install on one HD (no RAID0 or RAID1).
System (OS) work fine!
But RAID1 is very slow!

if your raid it's not in rebuilding/verify process ... it seems there should be no reasons...
the leds of the two hdd are ?
