ProLiant ML350 G5 HDD with different spare number problem (Enquiry)

We've same server model at two different site which are not near each other on location.

Site-1 Server is occassionaly down and we may give up.

Site-2 Server already have two HDD failed. (Raid-5 with 4 HDD + 1 Spare)

Below are the HDD details but they  have different spare number. Can I transfer Site-1 Server's HDD to Site-2 Server?
So that we won't buy new HDD for Site-2 because we plan to replace both Servers  with new one within 3 months.

Site-1:
ProLiant ML350 G5  (Product ID: AH210A)

HDD: 146GB (HP SPC 146GB SFF SCSI 10K HDD)  (P/N: 431958-B21)
Label: spare:432320-001

Site-2:
ProLiant ML350 G5 (Product ID: AK389A)

HDD: 146GB 10K SAS 2.5" 
Model: HP DG146BB976,
Label: spare: 418399-001

One is a single port, one is a dual port. They both will work in that model server
