ProLiant ML350 - no video - no keyboard - no mouse

I have a ProLiant ML350 that appears to power up fine, no beeps, all LEDs indicate healthy state. However, there is no video output and no apparent communication via keyboard or mouse. All front panel LEDs are lit solid green, the NIC LED is flashing. I cannot get in via RDP, cannot ping. Please help.

Hey, do you have iLO on this machine? Try connecting there.

Oh, and if that don't work - might be an idea to boot it up with the chassi off, so you can see if there are any error leds on the system board.

Which Generation?

If this is an older server, with an ILO card, the cables may need to be connected to that, instead of the built-in connectors.
And the very earliest ILO-cards needed a separate PSU, too.

Thank you all for the helpful suggestions. This machine does have ILO but it hadn't been configured. Basically, it looks like the video and maybe also the PS/2 were fried. I replaced the system board this morning and everything came right up. Thanks again.
