ProLiant ML370 G3 Bugcheck
Windows 2000 Server w/ SP4
Microsoft Exchange 2000
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x00000044 (0x87ff14e8, 0x00000cd8, 0x00000000, 0x00000000). Microsoft Windows 2000 [v15.219]
This follows an unexpexted shutdown. We've had this happen on this Exhange server a few times lately. Any ideas?

Re: ProLiant ML370 G3 Bugcheck
Any hardware/software changes on the server recently?
Do you have last PSP installed?
Is your server firmware updated?
See these links as well:

The problem might be the HP iLO driver.
