ProLiant ML370 Memory Loss

I seam to be losing 4-5 MB every 5 minutes (PROLIANT ML370). I am currently running MSSQL 2000 and Smart Array 53000. Please Advise?

Hello Dwayne,
Please start by updating the system BIOS as well as the firmware of SA5300. I am not sure if your server is ML370 G1, G2, G3, therefore, I am unable to post the BIOS upgrade link for you. But here is the link for SA5300. I am also posting the link to update the driver for SA5300 as well since some ONLINE version of firmware do require that you have the latest drivers.
