ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus - system critical

Hi,

I got a ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus server, and it went down yesterday and still trying to figure out why,

Here is the LED status before I restarted server:

1. health LED flash red
2. power LED flash amber

then I unplug and replug my power cord, and everything returned to normal.

I checked iLO event log, seems that the error is caused by:

132712 Informational Server power removed. 05/22/2022 09:16:54

132711 Informational Embedded Flash: Restarted 05/22/2022 09:16:46

Meanwhile, iLO self-test shows exclamation mark in CPLD - PAL0, current CPLD used is ProLiant MicroServer Gen10 Plus System Programmable Logic Device 0x09.

My firmware is iLO 5 2.31 Oct 13 2020, I am running ESXI 7.0.2 on server.
