I'm a little new to working with servers so please bare. Regarding the DL385 servers, how are the hard drives to be installed once the bay is removed. Is there a bracket for the new hard drives

It should be a hot plug drive you just need to push it in,

You can directly insert the scsi hard drive to the slot by opening the hard drive's lever.
