Proactve 24 (HA111A3) Versus Proactive Care (H1K92A3)

Hello,

 

Both Care Packs in the title are 24/7 4h 3, 4 or 5 years.

So what is the difference between the two care packs, the public price of the first one being half that of the second one ?

I think it has to do with what hardware is covered but I'd suggest calling HP to verify

Proactive Care deliverables include reactive support and proactive reporting (patch analysis and management / Firmware and driver Analysis and reporting twice per year) + Local support from HPE Advance- and Proactive Solution center (e.g. in Ratingen, Germany for German, Swiss and Austrian Customers)

P24 has NO proactive services (Only optional) and you get reactive support from Off-shore CSC (e.g. from Sofia)
