Problem after running system erase Help!!

Hi all,
I have a small problem after running the system erase utility!!
Now all i get are errors starting with
178 - processor config invalid
172- eisa config non volatile memory invalid
162- system options no set.

I have downloaded SP17935.exe which has the config utilities on it however i cant get past these messages to run it..

Help help
