Problem downloading latest Service Pack for ProLiant DVD

I have tried to download the latest SPP DVD (2014.06.0) and get the message

"Access to the kiosk product denied.

There is no product associated with this merchant.

Please check with your support."

I currently have 26 in warranty DL360's associated with my HP Passport account, is there something else I need to do to be allowed to download the latest SPP DVD for use with another DL360 I am supposed to be building tomorrow ?

Last time I downloaded without any issue was 2014.02.0B back in May
