Problem on ML570

Dears i have this problem on ML570 compaq server , it hangs sometimes and restart automaticli i used comaq tool to get the survy
it is attached with this msg can any one advice and help

Hello Mohammed,
For starters please update the system bios as well as the firmware of SA5300 controller. Here are the links for both of these:

From event log ,we can figure out this problem caused by ASR as following info.
"ASR Detected by System ROM".

So I would advise you to disable the ASR service from BIOS setup utility.

1.Enter BIOS by hiting F10 during POST;
2.chooes "config hardware"
3.choose "view/add detial info"
4.disable ASR service.

By the way,if that still does not work,there should be physical problem in your system.Please call HP for Onsite service
