Problem with Arcserve, ADIC changer and integrated SCSI

Trying move an ADIC DLT7 changer from a Proliant 3000 (where it is working) to a 2500. Cannot reliably get Arcserve 6.1 to see changer, though changer/tape drive is seen by SCSI adapter when machine boots. I am using the driver sym8xxnw.ham with the scsi adapter.

Help. Thank you.

Hey Scout,

I'm experiencing this EXACT same problem, except I'm using a Compaq 15/30 GB DLT drive with ARCServeIT 6.6 on a NW 5.1 SP2a Server - I too am using the SYM8XXNW.HAM driver. I too would appreciate a fix for this. I've called Computer Associates already, and they're pointing the finger at the SCSI Driver. I'm Calling Compaq now - I hope they hold the keys: let's see what happens...
