Problem with DL380 G4 and UPS HP R3000XR

Hello,
I have problem with communication between this product. I can´t find UPS. I reconnected UPS and install Power manager and I have event in Power manager: UPS not connected. I need help.

try the following first:

After the CLI is Disabled make sure that you power down the server and disconnect all power cables to the server for a few minutes.
