Problem with HP smart update manager

After i installed the new version of hp update manager on a proliant ML 150 G3 server and I start the setup.exe in c:\hp\psp I get the following message:
Could not retrieve results for the following requested repositories: c:/hp/psp

When i click OK the program starts. When I choose start inventory the same message appears after a few seconds.
What can i do to solve this. The server is windows server 2003 SP 2 and it's a domaincontroller with ISA server.

Re: Problem with HP smart update manager

Maik,
Unfortunately, HPSUM isn't officially supported on the ML150 G3 server.

That said, the problem is most likely a conflict between the ISA server and HPSUM. Is there anyway to shutdown the ISA, run HPSUM, then re-enable ISA on this server?

Regards.

Same problem with proliant ml 350 g6 after apply support pack 8.30.
Solution => delete temp file in c:\documents and setting\%user%\local settings\temp

You might also try logging into the local console either physically or via iLO (Don't use a Remote Desktop session)
