Problem with Logical drives prority

I got a problem with a array with 2 logical drives, one raid 0+1 and one raid 5.
Windows sbs 2003 is installed on raid 0+1 and users data is on raid 5.

heres my problem: It wont boot when raid 5 is running becouse it's assigned to logical drive 1 and the mirror volume is assigned to logical drive 2.
Is there any way to change the priority on the drives without any dataloss?
